The health benefits of exercise are known to all of us. But many of us may not know the important health benefits, exercise imparts on various body systems. Here is a brief discussion about the health benefits of exercise on cardiovascular system, especially moderate aerobic physical activity.

The most important health benefits regular physical exercise imparts is on cardiovascular system. Regular physical exercise can bring down high blood pressure to some extent. It is possible to lower (generally do not come down to normal, but reduce blood pressure) blood pressure, if high only with exercise alone, without any other form of treatment such as medications, diet and salt restriction etc. although the high blood pressure may not become normal with exercise alone. This is the direct action of moderate physical exercise on cardiovascular system.

The health benefits of moderate physical exercise also has indirect actions and benefits, which are equally or more important then the direct health benefits. Regular physical exercise reduces body weight in obese and overweight individuals. Obesity is very commonly associated with hypertension. By lowering body weight, regular exercise can help in lowering blood pressure. Obesity is also associated with several other medical problems such as arthritis (due to higher pressure to the weight bearing joints such as knee joints, due to increased body weight), diabetes etc. to name a few.

Regular physical exercise can prevent heart attacks by lowering LDL (low density lipoprotein) or bad cholesterol and by increasing HDL (high density lipoprotein) or good cholesterol level in blood. LDL is responsible for deposition in the wall of the arteries of the heart and slowly blocks the blood vessels, which cause gradual reduction of blood supply to the area supplied by the particular artery which leads to heart attacks. Regular physical exercise can improve the working capacity of the heart and also improves blood supply to the area where there is reduced blood supply due to narrowing of blood vessels.

Another great benefit regular exercise can have is, regaining of self esteem and mental health by obese individual after returning to normal or near normal body weight. Obese individuals are generally depressed and they tend to withdraw themselves from society and keep on eating which makes them more depressed. Exercise can help bring those obese individuals back on normal track.

SLEEPING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITY FOR ORGANISM (HUMAN BEING AS WELL AS ANIMALS)

A sleep is time of period, in that period, an organism are in full rest, in that period they loss there conscious, in that time decrees his or her all metabolic activities and the body muscles also relax. When a person is in sleep in that time they awakened quickly, when a very bright flash of light falls on his eyes or by a loud noise.

A man should sleep six or seven hour in a day. A man without sleep can’t do anything, he or she can’t works properly, think properly, he also can’t see any object clearly, and without sleep he gradually they loss his health and energy and become short-tempered. So we must take sleep at night six or seven hour. An older person need less sleep than adult person, we specialized that a adult person slept eight hour in a night time but a old person slept only six or seven hour in a night time. If a person doesn’t take sleep continuously three day’s he fell difficulty in hearing, listening and seeing also.

Many of them are taking sleeping pills for batter sleep, because he don’t have sleep his mind are totally disturbed, he cant concentrate his mind. That’s why he used to take pills. But those pills injure our health, if people take many sleeping pills at a time he or she will be die.
Another thing is that dream, dream is good but it disturbed our sleep, dream is an imaginary but they are related in our life. What ever we think in the working time that are reflected in the terms of dream. Some time it will happening, we see dream when we are in sleep but we can’t remember it, they totally gone away from our brain.

Scientist developed an instrument for study the sleep, the instrument name is electroencephalography. These instruments record our entire brain signal. When a person is in relaxed or awake, the brain gives off electrical waves. The instrument records all the electrical waves. When a person falls into deep sleep than brain send slower and large waves, but when a person are in relaxed or awake position than brain send ten small wane per second. And by that we can studies our sleep, how was our sleep, our mind are in relax position or what.

What to do against problem to get up early in the morning: Depression Symptoms

Daylight bring pain for you. You can’t getup early in the morning. This happens for many hardworking Man and woman as the feel very bad in the bed during morning. We want a jump start in the morning and for this use to take Tea or coffee right from the bed. This is not good for the empty stomach. Tiredness in the morning brings other symptom in your day to day life also like increase in the duration or Sleep and Decrease in the duration of Sex time. This is simple call a depression. Depression is a simple illness and it is curable. Due to depression people loss their interest in some of their favorite subjects like sports, friendship, traveling, music etc. They start living slowly and their normal living become slower then earlier. They feel they have no interest for other and their is a chance of suicide attempt is found in case of this kind of patients.

They gain Weight quickly and they usually sleep more at daytime. In a year the same person feel different. As for example you will find some different in the normal living of a patient in the month of April to May and in the Month of September to October.

Light therapy is one of the common treatment available for personal suffering from depression symptoms.

The person is advised by a mental health specialist to sit at list half an hour to two hour in front of a bright lamp. Lamp used for Light therapy is a spacial type of lamp with high photo intensity.
