Communicable disease is Malaria, Influenza, Jaundice, Tuberculosis, Cholera, Aids, Typhoid, Diarrhea, and Rabbis. The communicable disease means that it can be transfer from one person to another, by the medium of air, water, food or by physical contact and by insect (vector). It caused by the attack of microorganism like viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoan.
MALARIA
It caused by the protozoan parasite plasmodium. It spread through the bite of insect vector- female anopheles mosquito, they feds on human blood. Health expert said that, about 300 million people are infecting with malaria everyday and about 2 million die.
SYMPTOMS
The main symptoms of this disease are headache, nausea, and muscular pain and highly fever. The malaria attaches at least 6 - 10 hour. It consists of three stages. First is cold stage (infected person feel very cold and shivering), second is hot stage and last stage is sweating stage. Sweat is came out from infected person’s body and after that the person fell very weak and become anaemia.
PREVENTION OF MALARIA
Malaria can transfer from infected to healthy person by the bite of female anopheles mosquito, therefore only one way to prevent from malaria
-Sleep under the mosquito net
-It can prevent by the use of insect- repellents
-It also can prevent by the use of wire - gauze in door and windows to prevent enter of mosquito.
CONTROL
It can be control by drug quinine; these can be exerting from the bark of cinchona tree.
By the taken of vaccine antimalaria, and lastly take authorized doctor suggestion.
JAUNDICE OR HEPATITIS
Jaundice or hepatitis is the disease of liver. Jaundice is causes by the viral infection, this disease mostly spread by food and water. Contaminated with hepatitis virus.
SYMPTOMS
High temperature in the body, headache and joint pains.
Dark yellow urine and light – colored stool.
Irritating rashes.
PREVENTION
It can be prevent by the use of chlorinated, boils and ozonised water.
Properly clean hands after handling bed and clean vessels of the patient. The person should take the vaccine hepatitis-B for prevent this disease.
CONTROL
It can be control by the use of Interferon injection (take by the advice of doctor)
Infected person should take rest for an early cure.
It can be control by taking caloric diet such as sugarcane juice, gur etc.
Protein and fat should take limited.
