Daylight bring pain for you. You can’t getup early in the morning. This happens for many hardworking Man and woman as the feel very bad in the bed during morning. We want a jump start in the morning and for this use to take Tea or coffee right from the bed. This is not good for the empty stomach. Tiredness in the morning brings other symptom in your day to day life also like increase in the duration or Sleep and Decrease in the duration of Sex time. This is simple call a depression. Depression is a simple illness and it is curable. Due to depression people loss their interest in some of their favorite subjects like sports, friendship, traveling, music etc. They start living slowly and their normal living become slower then earlier. They feel they have no interest for other and their is a chance of suicide attempt is found in case of this kind of patients.

They gain Weight quickly and they usually sleep more at daytime. In a year the same person feel different. As for example you will find some different in the normal living of a patient in the month of April to May and in the Month of September to October.
Light therapy is one of the common treatment available for personal suffering from depression symptoms.
The person is advised by a mental health specialist to sit at list half an hour to two hour in front of a bright lamp. Lamp used for Light therapy is a spacial type of lamp with high photo intensity.
